Tianna Tye provides project management support and content development for a number of large-scale projects for WLH Consulting, Inc.. She often collaborates with WLH Learning Solutions to co-author tools on change management, change agility, and talent retention.
Areas of professional interest include:
- Change agility at the organizational, team, and individual level
- Innovative solutions that drive team autonomy and flexibility
- Improving the quality and uptake of adult learning content
After two years of working in human resources, Tianna recognized the power in data backed solutions for talent management and development. This led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University.
Tianna is a member of the Georgia Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Tianna currently works in the WLH Atlanta office as an Associate Consultant.
